OPTION I:
Diversified Plastics
Founded in 1976; a leading manufacturer and distributor of plastic components. See a vast array of processes including injection molding, fabrication, and urethane casting at this 25,000 square- foot Missoula facility. Lean initiatives helped gain space for a recently added injection molding machine capable of producing parts weighing over 7 lb. Key industries served: agriculture, pulp & paper, forest products, food processing, original equipment manufacturers, waste & general industrial uses.

Felco Industries
Continuing leader in the excavator attachment industry over two decades, producing compaction buckets, custom conveyors, specialty attachments, custom construction equipment, plate fabrication, tanks, buckets, platforms, and structural steel. Felco's patented construction equipment products are designed to improve job safety and efficiency with many original attachments still saving contractors' time and money. Felco supports buy local and has Montana vendor/supplier relationships as well as heavy equipment distributors Komatsu, CAT, John Deere, and Volvo among its national dealer network.

Spectrum Products
Highly regarded within the pool and spa industry for manufacturing superior quality commercial swimming pool and spa deck equipment. A leader in the development of new and innovative products, Spectrum pursues excellence with a Lean mixed-model production floor, competitive pricing, and on time delivery.

CM Manufacturing
A gold-award Boeing supplier operating in Missoula since 1997, this company produces chrome plated, cadmium plated, and painted parts for use in the aerospace industry. You will see highly automated manufacturing for working with all major aircraft manufacturer’s specifications and with non-destructive testing requirements.

American Eagle Instruments
On the cutting edge of industry demand by dentists and hygienists for thinner, fine quality dental hand instruments. High quality curettes are one example of long lasting, no-sharpening-required instruments. Observe quality material and craftsmanship in this multi-faceted operation.

OPTION III:
Roscoe Bridges
Kites were used in early bridge-building to make the first span across many waterways. Visit this division of Roscoe Steel and Culvert, a second generation family-owned business. Roscoe Bridges produces highly durable, pre-engineered vehicular, trail, pedestrian, foot, and golf course bridges. GTC Nutrition

Diversified Plastics (DPI)
The final stop on Tour Option III will be DPI, one of the earlier Walking Tour sites. (see under Option I for description)
