MMEC present "Strategic Growth: 1 Hour 2 Plan." Develop
a business growth plan that helps you chart an immediate course
and action plans. Mark Shyne, with MMEC, will facilitate this fast,
effective workshop and help you identify the strategies, priorities,
actions and available resources to move your business forward. Roundtable
discussions will be featured led by local experts in Human Resources,
Innovation, Financial Resources, Physical Resources, Marketing,
Product & Delivery, Profit Requirements and Social Responsibility.

HACCP
(Hazardous Analytical Critical Control Plan) Training
June 24 & 25, Ronan
Lake Co. Community Development Center, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Two day course taught by Dr. Ricahrd
Dougherty, WSU Extension Food Science Specialist.
HACCP is a management system in which
food safety is addressed through the analysis and control of biological,
chemical, and physical hazards from raw material production, procurement
and handling, to manufacturing, distribution, and consumption of
finished product. This course offers practical Basic HACCP training
that satisfies each of the education requirements of mandatory HACCP
regulations. Applicable to any food-related system.

Better
Process Control School
June 26-27, Ronan
Lake Co. Community Development Center, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The Better Process Control school will satisfy the FDA, USDA, and
State education requirements for canned low acid and acidified foods.
This course offers a two-day program for processors of acidified
foods in glass containers.

a 50% registration fee will still apply; however, substitutions
at the full rate are allowed. We
reserve the right to cancel courses that do not have minimum enrollment
