COURSE DESCRIPTION:
This course provides a great introduction to ISO-9000 for anyone interested in learning about this recognized, systematic approach to managing quality. Companies interested in ISO-9000 certification will be provided with information that will help them decide whether ISO certification is a path they will pursue. After presenting a thorough overview of ISO requirements, the course instructor will allow plenty of time for specific questions and answers about ISO-9000 and the certification process.

LEARN HOW TO:

Understand ISO-9000 Standards.
Weigh advantages and disadvantages of being ISO-9000 certified.
Assist your organization in its objective of meeting customer quality standards.
Apply quality management principles associated with ISO-9000.
Implement ISO-9000 requirements for a systematic quality management system.
Plan for and get started towards ISO-9000 certification or a similar quality management system.

WHO SHOULD PARTICIPATE: Company owners, quality managers, process engineers, process improvement consultants or individuals with an interest in ISO-9000 standards and/or certification.

COURSE LENGTH & FORMAT: 4 Hours; classroom presentation and interactive group discussion.
