This course provides a great introduction
to ISO-9000 for anyone interested in learning about this recognized,
systematic approach to managing quality. Companies interested in
ISO-9000 certification will be provided with information that will
help them decide whether ISO certification is a path they will pursue.
After presenting a thorough overview of ISO requirements, the course
instructor will allow plenty of time for specific questions and
answers about ISO-9000 and the certification process.
