The Innovation
Engineering Leadership Institute (IELI)
February 8-10 Powell Wyoming
The Wyoming MEP Manufacturing-Works has invited
Montana companies to register for a highly valuable three-day institute
that uses advanced education programs and digital tools that build
confidence in executives ability to lead the creation,
communication and commercialization of meaningfully unique ideas.
A Celebration of W.
Edwards Deming
There will be a dinner in honor of Dr. Deming on February 7th hosted
by Manufacturing-Works for all IELI attendees.
The IELI program is developed, continuously refined
and delivered through an alliance between the Manufacturing Extension
Partnership (MEP) network, the University of Maine, Eureka! Ranch
and Merwyn Research.
Attending the Innovation Engineering Leadership Institute gives
organizations the basics of how to implement a proven innovation
system over a three-day period. During the training at the IELI,
companies learn the Innovation Engineering System. During the evenings
of the first two days, attendees apply lessons learned to their
own business or organization with the help of Innovation Engineering
coaches. At the end of the three days, attendees have a whole new
set of ideas and plans for implementation on their first day back
to work.
If you have any questions about IELI please contact
Todd Daniels, MMEC, 406-841-2745. You may
be eligible for an IWT
workforce training grant which may include
travel.
