Leesa Nopper specializes in business development and helping companies grow their sales and enter new markets. Leesa's experience and proven approach focuses on identifying and utilizing the optimal distribution channels and pricing for products coupled with understanding customer preferences and values to leverage and reap market rewards, while anticipating future customer preferences. Her clients include numerous Montana manufacturers.

Experience
Nopper is a certified Eureka Winning Ways Coach of Doug Hall's nationally acclaimed Eureka Ranch She has held positions as sales representative, sales manager, plant manager, and marketing manager in various companies with products in the marketplace. Leesa has worked for national companies including Kraft General Foods and Hershey Chocolate USA.

Her experience includes six years as the Marketing Manager for Montana Manufacturing Extension Center from 1996 to 2001. In 2002 she founded Nicheworx, a business development company. She also taught marketing courses in the MSU College of Business rom 2002 through 2008.
