to ISO-9000:2008 for anyone interested in learning about this recognized,
systematic approach to managing quality. Companies interested in
certification will be provided with information that will help them
decide whether ISO certification is a path they will pursue. After
presenting a thorough overview of ISO requirements, the course instructor
will allow plenty of time for specific questions and answers about
ISO-9000:2008 and the certification process.
