Course includes the purpose of internal audits, requirements of
the ISO9001:2008 standard, the audit plan, methods of conducting
an audit (checklists, auditor conduct, & scheduling), non-conformance
and corrective action. Hands-on audit experience at Lattice Materials
LLC, reporting & analysis are included.
Cost:
$895 per person. Includes a live audit practicum at Lattice Materials
LLC. Course materials, refreshments & lunch are provided each
day.

(Hazardous Analytical Critical Control Plan) Training

Dougherty, WSU Extension Food Science Specialist.
HACCP is a management system in which
food safety is addressed through the analysis and control of biological,
chemical, and physical hazards from raw material production, procurement
and handling, to manufacturing, distribution, and consumption of
finished product. This course offers practical Basic HACCP training
that satisfies each of the education requirements of mandatory HACCP
regulations. Applicable to any food-related system.

Better Process Control School
June 26-27, Ronan
Lake Co. Community Development Center, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The Better Process Control school will satisfy the FDA, USDA, and
State education requirements for canned low acid and acidified foods.
This course offers a two-day program for processors of acidified
foods in glass containers.
